Just the Essentials package is designed for couples who need assistance during the last two months of their wedding planning- the busiest time! We can help you complete the event that will stick to your budget and vision. 

After your initial consultation, two months prior to your wedding, we will complete any un-finished wedding planning. On your wedding day, we’ll be your direct line of communication for family, vendors, wedding party, and guests. We will conduct the ceremony and reception according to your timeline and specifications so that your special day is just as you dreamed. Your Every Single Detail coordinators will guide vendors to set up according to your timeline. 

Step One: 

  • Complimentary Consultation to Discuss Budget and Design

  • Wedding Day Design Guidance in Areas You Still Need Completed

Step Two:

  • Services Begin Eight Weeks Prior to Wedding Date

  • Two Every Single Detail Coordinators 

  • A Site Inspection at Ceremony and Reception Venue

  • Personalized Timeline of Scheduled Wedding Events

  • Contact and Confirm All Hired Vendors and Distribute Wedding Agendas to Each Vendor

  • Unlimited Communication Via Email or Phone

  • Ceremony Rehearsal Coordination up to 1 ½ hours

Ceremony/Reception:

  • Location Set-Up & Coordination of Vendors

  • Up to 10 Hours of Wedding Day Coordination (additional hours available for fee)

  • Guest Coordination and Assistance

  • Procession and Recession Coordination

  • Handle All Personal Items for Ceremony & Reception (guest book, toasting flutes, favors, etc.)

  • Grand Entrance/ Departure Coordination

  • Distribute Final Payment & Gratuities to Vendors (paid by client)

  • Post Reception Clean-up (secure personal items, facilitate transportation, etc)

The Absolutely Everything wedding package is our all-inclusive package! It’s exactly as it sounds…absolutely everything you’ll need! This service is catered to busy couples who want their ideal wedding, but may not have the time to plan and execute their vision while keeping their day job.

Our Every Single Detail planners will be available to you on an ongoing basis. You decide how involved you want to be in the planning. With our professional guidance, you’ll be informed of deadlines and enjoy every minute of your wedding experience!
